We were excited to launch our first big pop-up at Westfield Shopping Centre, a huge milestone for us and just the beginning of many more to come. Our menu featured rice bowls with jollof rice and peas, seasonal veg, and kelewele, along with a choice of proteins including suya steak, Cally chicken, and crispy chicken with katsu curry. Later on we introduced our cally burgers, which feature our proud creation ‘Moi Burger’. It was such an exciting opportunity to share our Afro-fusion flavours with a wider audience in a lively, dynamic setting.
