Had @callymunchy for the first time today, I haven’t been able to taste for 3 months since having Covid and this was the first food that I’ve had the pleasure of properly tasting. Couldn’t have hoped for a better tasting meal, everything about it was perfect, couldn’t recommend it more! I went back for seconds as soon as I could!

I would certainly recommend Cally Munchy to anyone wanting to host an event with a pop-up stall. These guys came all the way to our offices in the city, set-up their stall on the rooftop and delivered the best tasting afro-burritos my guests had tasted. They were professional in their communication leading up to the day, answering questions that I had and ensuring that the event was able to cater to different dietary requirements. Their concept of afro-fusion food worked well with my audience; they were friendly on the day and even though they cooked the food on the spot for about 70 guests, I had no issues with long queues. I will use them again!

The restaurant in the African centre has earned a special place in my heart. The simplicity of the menu immediately suggested I was in for a treat of quality dishes over quantity and the chef didn’t disappoint. A warm welcome and relaxed atmosphere matched the dishes which were comforting and packed with flavour. The moi bao was so tasty, I could easily have had another but resisted as I had the wagu suya to go. That too was banging as was the accompanying jollof. I couldn’t fault anything, no doubt I will be back with friends and family as this is just too good not to share.

An incredible experience of pan-African cuisine. I will definitely be visiting soon and highly recommend everyone come. You can feel the care and craft put into each meal by the service. Plus, if you’re into aesthetic dishes and cups this is perfect. I highly recommend the moi dog and the crumble!

The food was a beautiful fusion. Every bite left a sensational taste and a quest for more. If you want a value for money and fine dinning rolled into one. Cally Munchy is the place for you. The atmosphere was exquisite. The staff were professional and extremely attentive.

Me and my husband would love to say a huge congratulations to this business on such an amazing customer service and amazing food. We usually eat out a lot at 4 star restaurant but we actually came across Cally at an event and we were blown away with the flavours. We will be sure to be eating here more often & sharing this with our family and friends. Wishing you the very best.

This place will blow your mind. I can’t believe anything can be this tasty. The lads are great and friendly and the food is just out of this world. I can’t say anything else because there are just no words that do this food justice. It’s utterly phenomenal.
